Summary: High winds and low humidity have been huge factors in the movement of this fire. Strong gusty winds are expected tomorrow. The fire will continue to spread to the north, transitioning into timber fuels.
The plan is to continue line construction on the east and west flanks, with the main concern of the fire moving to the east to impact the town of Spencer, ID as well as ranches along the I-15 corridor.
Moderate potential for fire spread to the north into timber fuels. Crews will continue line construction on the east and west flanks. Continue to create depth on the containment line of the Northern flank.
