BOISE DISTRICT BLM FIRE UPDATE
Twitter: @BLMIdahoFire
(#BLMBODFire)
The Boise District BLM responded to two wildfires overnight
and fire resources were able to stop all active fire spread. Fire crews are
working hard to secure containment lines and will continue to mop up hot spots
throughout the day.
Please remember that we are in peak fire season and are experiencing
high temperatures, low relative humidity and extremely dry vegetation. In these
volatile conditions, it only takes one small spark to ignite a potentially devastating
wildfire.
