Location: Near the intersection of Hubbard and 10 Mile Creek Road, five miles southeast of the Boise Airport
Cause: Under investigation
Fire Size: Estimated 400 acres
Containment Time: Estimated 8/3/20 at 8:00 pm
Control Time: Estimated 8/4/20 at 6:00 pm
Fire Behavior: Creeping
Structures Threatened: Structures are no longer threatened
Fuels and Terrain: Rolling hills, burning in grass and brush
Fire Crews/Resources: four BLM engines, one BLM dozer, four Boise City Fire engines, two Meridian Fire engines, one Kuna Fire engine, one Kuna Fire water tender, one Orchard Training Range water tender, one Eagle Fire dozer, one air attack, four single engine airtankers (SEATS) and one meduim helicopter.
Evacuations: None in effect at this time
Closures: 10 Mile Creek Road is estimated to be reopened at 8 pm this evening
